Southeast Michigan Biggby was looking to develop a social media presence on their Facebook. With a tiny team and a shoestring budget, we provided a frequent content approach in connecting with Biggby fans on a regular basis.

Biggby believes in coffee bringing people together by celebrating the love of friendship and family. The brand is fun, light-hearted, approachable and inclusive.

Offering this daily support content, helped to build up the perception of reliability and goodwill of Biggby. Since our team was typically small, most shoots involved creatives hitting the street with a Cannon and our iPhones. Sometimes small budgets can inspire different thinking and approaches.

promotions

In an effort to help increase cup counts, we helped institute a deep discount day on the day of the week Biggby experiences the least sales. We called it, Latte $3 Wednesdays.
